Will Pakistan elections 2013 bring any change ?

Pakistan is currently surrounded by worst economic, energy and most of all, leadership crises these days. On one side General Petraeus asks our leaders to do more against Taliban while from across the borders S.M Krishna is trying to exploit and corner a feeble Pakistan, by naming fake terrorists from Pakistan. Hence Pakistan has never been under this much pressure in its 63 years of history so far.
But there is still a hope that Pakistan might overcome all these crises under a new and honest leadership that we might see after the 2013 elections in Pakistan. There are also few new emerging political parties that promise this kind of a change. Though these political parties among which PTI (PakistanTehreek-e-Insaf ) is most popular, currently a ray of hope that we need, but do they really have a chance to form a government after the 2013 elections?
In my opinion and few Pakistani political analysts, we shouldn’t expect Imran Khan or any new face to come in power due to an election under these circumstances. The most obvious reasons in my opinion are listed below.
Corrupt political culture in Pakistan
The most successful democracies in the world today are mostly based on honesty and justice. A country cannot progress if justice is not its government’s as well as its people’s priority. Sadly most of us Pakistani’s talk about a just and fair system yet we are fond to avail privileges just to make our lives easy, we don't even like to get in a queue and wait for our turn.
As the leaders of a country are a reflection of its masses (though current leaders are an exaggerated case of its corrupted people), most of the politicians promises their voters to make their lives easy by hook or by crook. Their voters expect them to do favors, even through illegal means. How can we expect a change with such a corrupt mindset, where most of its people don’t have respect for a fair system? Truth is we deserve these kind of leaders . Have you ever wondered, how Jamshed Dasti ( MNA )who was suspended for having a fake college degree managed to get himself re-elected despite being proven to be corrupt and crooked?
Electoral Reforms are inevitable in Pakistan
When we talk about a change through elections, we are assuming a fair election, which is in fact a big assumption at the moment. Elections in Pakistan have always been surrounded by controversies. And the following elections won’t be any different; in fact we should expect the most unfair elections in the history of Pakistan under these circumstances, where the current leadership can not afford a fair election at any cost. Even NADRA confirmed in 2007 that there were at least 37.2 million fake voters out of total of 82 million registered voters. And many organizations and political parties suspects that a large number of ( at least 10 million ) eligible voters aren’t even listed.
What will it take to bring a change?
We must not simply sit and hope for a fair elections in such circumstances. There is a need for us to take a stand for Justice, for us. We need to take back what is ours. We shouldn’t let anyone rule us, we must rule this country, this is our country. This is country of the poor, not of the people currently ruling us while they have no stakes involved in this country. This is a land of the pure, how can we let these people make it putrid. This is the time, to take charge, to bring a change. We need to do this by ourselves, no messiah, no leader is going to do it.
We are responsible for our present but we will make a better future for ourselves I.A. Its almost do or die situation ahead of us. if we want to see a prosperous Pakistan, we should at least raise our voices against all kinds of injustice and corruption , even if no one is going to listen to you at first.

Whenever i switch on my TV there is some news which is regarding Pakistan, either drone attacks, corruption, bomb blasts, killings. Really the country seems to be good but the people and politicians who are present there are turning it into a wilderness
